Here is a run down on how to come in and leave the FACS classroom correctly:

CLASSROOM PROCEEDURES
When entering the classroom:
· Deal with nametag
· Check bell ringer spot
· Spit out gum
· Proceed to seat and start bell ringer task
During class:
· 5 to Zip = Be quiet & pay attention when teacher has hand in air
· You may raise your hand to ask a question
· You may sharpen your pencil at any time as long as the teacher is not giving direct lecture or instruction
· You may use the restroom if you fill out your agenda. Three bathroom passes per quarter are allowed
· Clean up as you go, it will make clean up at the end of class easier
When leaving the classroom:
· Put unfinished work into project bins & finished work into turn in bin
· Clean up work space and classroom supply areas (Including floors!)
· Help table/class mates clean up their space
· Push in chair and line up when all of classroom is cleaned up
· Wait to be excused by teacher not bell

CLASSROOM PROCEEDURES
When entering the classroom:
· Deal with nametag
· Spit out gum
· Say “Hello. Good Morning,” to at least two people
· Check PT Info on board for specific tasks or special news
· Proceed to seat and begin homework or AR reading
During class:
· 5 to Zip = Be quiet & pay attention when teacher has hand in air
· You may raise your hand to ask a question
· You may sharpen your pencil at any time as long as the teacher is not giving direct lecture or instruction
· You may use the restroom if you fill out your agenda. Three bathroom passes per quarter are allowed
· Clean up as you go, it will make clean up at the end of class easier
When leaving the classroom:
· Work up until one minute before bell rings then pack up work
· Clean up work space (Including floors!) and put away classroom supplies
· Put garbage into garbage can
· Push in chair and leave through door of your choice when bell rings
